Terms & Conditions

*Deposits / booking fees are fully refundable ( minus any costs incurred on your behalf ) up to 12 months from your Wedding Date.

*Once there is less than 12 months to your big day, the deposit / booking fee can no longer be refunded.

*The balance payment is due no less than 4 weeks before your Wedding Day.

*Any stands or other hired items must be returned by you within 7 days of your Wedding. If there are any losses or damage, then you must pay to replace the item.

*Changes can be made to your order or design, but the last changes must be no less than 6 weeks before your Wedding Day.

*Any increase in price due to changes you have made, will be added to your balance figure.

*Any decrease in price due to changes you have made, will be deducted from your balance figure.

*The final price cannot be less than 90% of your original quote.

*You have been informed that all products provided by Fairway Cakes are unsuitable for allergen sufferers.

*Should you postpone your wedding to a later year, there will be a fee added to cover all increases in supplier costs etc.

*By signing your Order Form, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions
